You Are Not Alone Unless You Choose to Be!
Day 1 of 8 of the 8 Keys to Stand strong - We are not alone on this journey.
The photo with the caterpillar taken in my car in New Zealand. I looked down and saw this being crawling along. The bit on the head may be poop for all I know and it reminded me of a crown and how wonderfully we are created!
Do you realise you are part of the family? We can choose to block ourselves off to put ourselves behind closed doors or we can leave the door open. This post is as a result of realising that I was locking myself behind the doors of my own feelings of being inadequate because I was feeling stuck, lost, alone and genuinely frozen in my tracks feeling like I had nothing to offer. Well by the time I finished this blog post which is introducing and allowing folks to find the Journey Journal Series Book 1 - I also walked away with my first training webinar that I will be offering to help people too.
This post never would have existed today if I had not let go of my fear of being found out... Asked for help even though it made me feel less than and then allowed myself to take the journey of realising that I had been going it alone for so long. Sure I was taking classes, hiring coaches, making the posts, buying fb ads to grow my page and visibility and NONE of it was working? Why cause I was still attempting to do it all on my own!
See I thought since I did not have any money to pay people to do the tasks needed for all the pieces that felt overwhelming I would keep doing the pieces I understood. All that resulted was a lot of disjointed - really great on its own content but that led NO WHERE!!!
If we don't know why we are creating a post or where we are leading folks then its a quick feel good that we are giving - and there sure is a place for that in the process but if that is the only thing you are doing you will like me - find yourself wondering, what is the point? And just how are people making money doing this??? Now I get it! I have offers to be making and yep, on my biz page you will be seeing those offers! There and on my Instagram and my Pinterest and my You Tube Channel too... sure it may take me a while to get all the fine tuning pieces together and perfect this all... but I am moving! I am no longer stuck and I am doing this together with a team of people!
I will get their help while simultaneously offering my students and coaching clients my help - and if you ask something that I feel stuck on - I am going to tell you that and I will ask for help from those a bit further down the road! So you see... you are only alone if you choose to be! I am choose not to walk alone anymore - how about you? Are you with me??
